Heat exchanger equipments made of coiled tubes
Our Company manufactures equipments to face a wide range of needs on the base of a new design of Heat Exchangers, that get a very high yield as consequence of a large heat transfer coefficient, due to the liquids turbulent currents got by the coiled tubes. Furthermore features a great versatility because the standard modules can be used to assembly a heater, a cooler, a heat recover, pasteurizer, a sterilizer, etc .

The latest technology in exchangers, these equipments are made up of AISI 316 steel plates, stamped and welded. They offer a high exchange coefficient with a minimum surface. They allow an operation with a very small temperature differential between the inlet and the outlet fluids which translates into higher efficiency with less energy consumption. Since it is a modular equipment, if there were any inconveniences in one plate, it is possible to suppress it until it is changed without any equipment downtime. The combination of designs : coiled tubes heat exchangers – plate exchangers as cooling equipment , using the first one as pasteurizer and the second one in the cooling stage, is the ideal combination to process dairy products and fruit juice.

Scrapped Surface/Thin Film heat exchangers are designed for evaporation / cooling of highly viscous and sticky products. This type of evaporators / coolers have been specially designed to provide high degree of agitation, effecting heat transfer as well as scrapping the walls of the evaporator to prevent deposition and subsequent charring of the product.
